How it works

How PrintGo works

A short path from upload to print — designed for phones and venue tablets.

  1. Step 1

    Upload

    Use the website, mobile app, or guest walk-up after scanning the kiosk QR. PDF, JPG and PNG are accepted.

  2. Step 2

    Connect at the kiosk

    The tablet shows a short-lived HTTPS QR. Scan with your camera or app. Backup: enter a collection code on the tablet.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm settings & price

    Choose copies, color, duplex and orientation. The server calculates the price from printed sides — client totals are ignored.

  4. Step 4

    Pay

    Pay online before you arrive, or select cash at the kiosk. Sandbox mode is labeled clearly in test environments.

  5. Step 5

    Print on confirm

    Scanning alone never prints. You must confirm on the kiosk after payment checks pass.
