- Storage
- PrintGo stores your document files on a private disk. They are never published at a public URL.
- Retention
- Each upload gets a fixed expiry of 24 hours. Views, payments and retries never extend that deadline.
- After printing
- When a print attempt succeeds, access is revoked and binary artifacts are deleted. Metadata may remain for audit.
- Idle kiosks
- The public home screen and idle QR status never show your personal documents.
- Payments
- Card data is handled by the configured payment provider. Sandbox mode is labeled and is not a live gateway.
- Support
- Messages you send through Contact or the portal are stored as support requests tied to your account when signed in.
